I really don't care if people like me or not, but these are good rules to follow.

I'd add... don't make others wrong just to be right, listen more than you talk, never talk without pausing to think when overly emotional, stop giving unsolicited advice, talk in other's interests, know when to be quiet, know even if you gossip negatively only once it will stain your character, good gossip is praising and admiring others when noone is watching and instead of correcting others introspect as to why what they're saying is triggering you and work on that.
