Thanks for the latest unbiased update. Do take a deliberate and a very slow road to recovery. SARS-CoV-2 causes micro clotting which clogs up the capillaries and this reduces the delivery of oxygen to the cells. exceeding the available O2 supply makes the cells go into anaerobic operation which causes acute fatigue, brain fog and many other nasties. The affected cells die off in 24 to 48 hrs and take months to be replaced by an energy depleted body.

Delta lowered the mild Covid isolation period to five days. Now American is lowering it to zero. Why do the airlines have so much say over this?

Just wanted to report, after a visit to the emergency room today, that my hospital system (Swedish in Seattle) is again requiring masks in EVERY department.

Haven't seen a huge uptick in the King county Waste water for COVID.
But, the other viruses are hitting pretty hard, like most major cities in the US.

Bird flu in human seems to affect the eyes before the upper and lower respiratory system are impacted. Patients infected with H5N1 usually report conjunctivitis as their first symptom while some only present with ocular symptoms or signs.
