DV Lottery | Lawsuit filed

The AILA have this morning filed the lawsuit on behalf of DV Lottery winners and other people affected by Trump's immigrant ban. This video discussed that, and shows how you can see the full wording of the lawsuit if you are interested.

If you are DV2020 this information should be of interest to you, and also DV2021 cases are impacted, although they of course have less concerns at this time.

Well, this closed the curtains for dv2020 winners for final, and declare that the racism wins. Unless by some miracle, they extend the time for dv2020 winner for this extraordinary year in the history of DV since its beginnings in the middle of nineties.

My freind was having a higher case number than mine i have send my ds260 and the documents before him after that he was interviwed before me and he had his visa while me i was interviewd after him and i am waiting from march until now with no response from the embassie .

1/ contradicind th american constitution and norms
2/ the decisions are not rise above th constitutional laws

Good day Brit, I got my DV visas March 18, and I'm from west Africa and I have not travel before, I got a ticket with an African airline and i won't be transiting in Europe or the Ban country.So I can enter the USA without any hindrance at the port of entry right?
