Thanks Mr. Simon, Im 2021 winner. In my case when I checked diversity visa entrant status I received the message that I have randomly selected for further processing in dv immigrant visa program and it is also noted that I have submitted a complete and valid ds 260 application for each family member, and you have provided copies of all required documentation to the KCC. You will receive document submission instructions by email after KCC processes and accepts the DS 260 application forms. Then I sent an email to KCC and asked regarding I have submitted a complete and valid DS 260 application for each family member.KCC replied me “your forms have been received and currently processing .Allow several weeks for processing.Interviews are scheduled numerically based on the cases numbers that have completed processing.Once KCC has finished processing your DS 260 you will receive an email from the KCC giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing”. I want to ask from you what is this online DS 260 forms I still didn’t submit this online ds 260 forms login with my case no because KCC has informed me that I have already submitted these forms What I have to do now .Shall i submit DS 260 forms online now immediately. Am I tooo late to submit? My case no 32*** in Asia region please reply me immediately thank you.

I hope the official documents from the KCC to the embassies would be of help also in the area of finding out what the embassies were told with regards to the category of persons that should be allowed on the repatriation flights. There have been a number of flights from Ghana to the US but the airlines refused to sell tickets to immigrant visa holders and when this was brought to the attention of the embassy they claimed that they were not in control of the airlines!

What was different with the Sydney consulate?

I know their web site says they are open at the moment, but Victoria is in complete lockdown due to 2nd wave COVID-19, it's spreading to NSW, the borders between VIC, NSW and QLD are all closed, and if it gets worse NSW will go into complete lockdown like VIC and the Sydney consulate will close.

Also, the Sydney consulate is the ONLY post in Australia that processes DV cases, and interviews for DV cases are only held on Tuesdays
