DV Lottery Lawsuit and politics update

For DV Lottery cases (DV2020 and DV2021) I posted an article at my blog this morning as a summary of where things stand. That is worth reading, so I am including the link below. I am category no. 4, and I don't think I have a chance unless they extend the time for us DV2020 after september.
Regarding Trumps campaign, I think he will continue his madness and issuing more presidential orders because there is no strong rival to him from democratic party, I thought Biden will be stronger, but his starting don't give a lot of hopes.

Regarding .wanna ask about Diversity Visa lottery ' Iam one of the lottery winner's for the year 2020 and I residence out of US and have not been to interview until now . Can I apply for the NVC or not, in this case what can i do to be able to get an interview date

Heyy Brit! I'm 2021 winner and already had mail from kcc related to requesting copy of documents to send. So I've sent all the copies what they required at 13th of July and on the same day received a message something like that."Your document currently processing and you should expect an email in the next 3-6 weeks" Am I considered group 5 too? or it's only related to 2020 winners? Should I worry about something generally?

I'm in group 3. Scheduled interviews were cancelled by the pandemic before the first immigrant ban. I got an email from the Moscow Embassy on March 26 stated: "Important information for visa applicants regarding novel coronavirus: As of March 18, 2020, the United States Embassy in Russia is cancelling upcoming immigrant visa appointments.".
