I did hammer grip pull ups almost every day for 3 months at 170 and got to doing 17 straight if you just find some fun in it like I did you’ll see insane growth

Didn’t understand which ones are advanced or beginner since they all are equally difficult since targeting similar muscle group. But! Still a great video on different approaches of training your back! Thanks for this, basic but important!
