1) Sugary drinks: They fill your body with extra calories that don't really help you nutritionally. Instead, go for water to rehydrate or a protein-rich drink to help your muscles recover from the workout⁠

2) Try to avoid staying seated for too long after you've exercised. Long periods of sitting can lead to your muscles feeling tight and can affect your posture. It's better to be active throughout your day if you can. This helps your blood circulate better, which can speed up your body's recovery after a workout.⁠

Example: Baseball pitchers. You may have seen them running the day after they pitch. They do this to help their muscles recover more quickly.⁠

What you do after your workout is just as important as the workout itself 🦾
