Smiling or talking I don't feel much of an issue there, now yawning or laughing feels like it could move stuff, but those are involuntary. Not much of a choice there.

My dr told me to sleep high with 2 pillows on my back and not to sleep on my side.
He told me not to blow my nose and I was blowing 5 days after surgery.
Everything went well, except 2 months passed and I was carrying stuff, and now much bridge hurts.
I hope I didn’t put pressure on it.
Any suggestions?

What about Rhinoshield? It's a silicone piece that fits on your nose (comes in a set of different sizes). I'm not able to wear contacts due to sensitivities and the headpiece thing looks way too weird.
