Point 3, if company feels threat that's their concern. If we really have the offer then no need to worry because more than us it's their loss because either they will hire the next best one or again need to take the interviews from scratch.

Hr said to me salary is enough for you to survive in teir C City. Told him you don't worry about my living rather treatment me on my skill because had the same salary being offered in teir 1 city I can not make the same argument that I can not survive in that city with that much salary and will be judged on my skill and experience. He fumbled and agreed on my ask. Threat works but it should given in feather cloak.

Threat works because why they give you more money if you don't have the options .There could be correct way to say this but this is important to let them know. I got 120 percent hike using this only.
