Djokovic must be thinking he finally got rid of Federer and Nadal...but now has both of them in one player.

Djokovic was often smiling at just how ridiculous Alcaraz was today. Good to see him able to deal with defeat in that way! Great match from both guys.

What a performance. Alcaraz was nearly unbeatable today.
He is the extremely rare combination of amazing technical ability and incredible physical capacity.

In a span of a year, Alcaraz went from the underdog to the favorite to win the Wimbledon final against Djokovic. Amazing.

14 minutes in 1 game alone... insane. Alcaraz broke and I knew he was in a hurry to go watch footy 😂

The fact that Alcaraz did not crumble and showed nerves of steel after wasting 3 championship points 40-0 up shows that he has the DNA of a true champion. Any lesser player would have felt his knees shaking at the thought of the king of comebacks starting to make the Nth comeback. But Alcaraz is different gravy. I mean that half volley while 5-6 down said it all

Alcaraz can read Djokovic movements so well and anticipate perfectly to wrong foot him. Along with the power, movement, athleticism and focus to win in 3 clean sets.

I love when my player wins and I can come and watch the highlights in peace without a racing heart lol. I will never be able to watch highlights from Wimbledon 2019 ever again due to the pain I felt for and with Roger.

Most impressive is how mentally tougher Alcaraz has become in just one year. He will be very hard to beat in GS Finals. As for Djokovic, it is clear that his age has really caught up with him. Even he had a very easy path to the Final, he could not hang with the youngster.

There is no player in the tennis world who can resist the game Alcaraz played yesterday.
Pure talent, full concentration, intelligence and power..

The scary thing is...Alcaraz has to hit his prime yet! Imagine what he is capable of and going to do when he is more experienced and more confident going forwards. My condoleances for the other players on the tour.😂

Last Year…It was Martina Navratilova who went to Carlos Alcaraz and suggested that he come into the net more often..especially in the finals against Djokovic and I see this year again..he has improved his first serve and still coming into the net..and last year in the Wimbledon Clubhouse Carlos Gave Martina a special hug and thanked her for her advice how to place the grass courts at Wimbledon!

Djokovic didn't show any frustrations at all this match because deep down he knows Alcaraz is the better tennis player at this point in his career, and there's nothing more he could do. If it was against any other player, he prob would've broke a racket after going down 0-2 sets.

Several of Djokovic's shots would have been outright winners if he had been playing somebody else. But Carlos made it look deceptively easy -- and for anybody else it would have been a nightmare.

Djokovic's longevity is crazy. He has never been my favorite, but have to respect all he has done, and for how long.
