3-Ingredients Buttery Shortbread Cookies.

*This recipe only needs 3 Ingredients
*This recipe makes about 50 cookies (1/2 tbsp dough for each cookie)
*Powdered sugar is the same as icing sugar

Ingredients:

227g (1 cup) salted butter (room temperature)
64g (1/2cup) powdered sugar
256g (2 cups) all purpose flour

Methods:
1. Cream butter and sugar till pale and soft.
2. Add the flour and mix well.
3.Shape the dough into balls and use a fork to flatten the dough.
4. Bake at 130°C for 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
5.Done.
