I have made these wraps several times over the past six months and they are delicious and they don't fall apart while eating. They are very soft though, so you have to be careful as you are cooking them. It is so quick, perfect for a healthy and lazy meal. Thank you Ketoserts!

I saw this recipe when you first published it. I filed a away to try later. Then the holidays came and I stopped low-carb for a few months, and just resumed last week. I made these today and they are outstanding. I spread them with cream cheese, seasoned with black pepper, added finely chopped red onion, topped with smoked salmon, and rolled it up. It stood up as a recipe on its own and not some lame substitute for carbs. A+

Tried this today and I was able to make 4pcs of 6"-7" wraps. Added a bit of garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese. They're yummy and healthy! Thanks for this recipe.
