3-ingredient Spinach Oat Wraps These wraps are super easy to make! Unlike many gluten-free wraps, these are super soft and won't break when you roll them! Add your favorite fillings and you'll have a perfect lunch I added some pesto, halloumi, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes
This recipe makes about 6 wraps
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free oats (480 ml)
1 3/4 cups almond milk (420 ml) 1 cup spinach (240 ml) pinch of salt (optional) pinch of pepper (optional)
1. Mix the oats and milk together and let soak for an hour 2. Put the mixture into a blender with the spinach and mix until smooth
3. Cook on a lightly greased non-stick skillet for a few
minutes on each side 4. Serve with your favorite fillings#gluten free#essen rezepte
