Very Difficult Deep Tonsil Stone Removal.

Undoubtedly this has been one of the most difficult removals of my life, the tonsil stone was deeply embedded in my tonsil and has been very hard and difficult to extract.

How to remove Tonsil Stones

I have always had problems with the tonsil stones that form in my cavernous tonsils. But recently I have found the solution to the problem and eliminate them with my own hands. First you must wash your hands very well and then slowly press on your tonsils as in the video and get rid of those stinky tonsils stones.
If you have any questions you can ask me.
Good luck

Buena suerte

What are tonsil stones?

Tonsilloliths, also known as tonsil stones, are soft aggregates of bacterial and cellular debris that form in the tonsillar crypts, the crevices of the tonsils. While they occur most commonly in the palatine tonsils, they may also occur in the lingual tonsils. Tonsil stones are common. Tonsilloliths have been recorded weighing from 0.3g to 42g.

Protruding tonsilloliths may feel like foreign objects lodged in the tonsil crypt. They may be a nuisance and difficult to remove, but are usually not harmful. They are one of the causes of bad breath and always give off a putrid smell

Tonsil stones, or tonsilloliths, are hard white or yellow formations that are located on or within the tonsils.

It’s common for people with tonsil stones to not even realize they have them. Tonsil stones aren’t always easy to see and they can range from rice-sized to the size of a large grape. Tonsil stones rarely cause larger health complications. However, sometimes they can grow into larger formations that can cause your tonsils to swell, and they often have an unpleasant odor.

What causes tonsil stones?

Your tonsils are made up of crevices, tunnels, and pits called tonsil crypts. Different types of debris, such as dead cells, mucus, saliva, and food, can get trapped in these pockets and build up. Bacteria and fungi feed on this buildup and cause a distinct odor.

Over time, the debris hardens into a tonsil stone. Some people may have only one tonsil stone, while others have many smaller formations.

Potential causes of tonsil stones include:

poor dental hygiene
large tonsils
chronic sinus issues
chronic tonsillitis (inflamed tonsils)

Symptoms of tonsil stones
Although some tonsil stones may be difficult to see, they can still cause noticeable symptoms. Symptoms of tonsil stones can include:

bad breath
sore throat
trouble swallowing
ear pain
ongoing cough
swollen tonsils
white or yellow debris on the tonsil
Smaller tonsil stones, which are more common than large ones, may not cause any symptoms.

PREVENTION
Preventing tonsil stones
If you have tonsil stones, they may occur on a regular basis. Fortunately, there are steps you can take to prevent them. These steps include:

practicing good oral hygiene, including cleaning the bacteria off the back of your tongue when you brush your teeth
stopping smoking
gargling with salt water
drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated

REMOVAL
Tonsil stone removal
Most tonsilloliths are harmless, but many people want to remove them because they can smell bad or cause discomfort. Treatments range from home remedies to medical procedures.

Gargling

Gargling vigorously with salt water can ease throat discomfort and may help dislodge tonsil stones. Salt water may also help to change your mouth chemistry. It can also help get rid of the odor tonsil stones can cause. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon salt in 8 ounces of warm water, and gargle.

Cough

You may first discover that you have tonsil stones when you cough one up. Energetic coughing can help loosen stones.

Manual removal

Removing the stones yourself with rigid items like a toothbrush is not recommended. Your tonsils are delicate tissues so it’s important to be gentle. Manually removing tonsil stones can be risky and lead to complications, such as bleeding and infection. If you must try something, gently using a water pick or a cotton swab is a better choice.

Minor surgical procedures may be recommended if stones become particularly large or cause pain or persistent symptoms.

Man your gag reflex is way better than mine. I even get close to my tonsils and I start to heave.

Thank you so much. I just had 2 that deep removed yesterday while under anesthesia. I had multiple procedures done (to include 4 to 5 biopsies) at that time but the doc removed those while he was in there. Very sore throat today. God bless you all.

This is kind of weird, but I use a loop tool to get mine out. As in, the tool used to pop pimples. It works like a little scoop and gets them out without much pressure or pain. Super effective!

I used to have them. I was aware of them being there all the time. So I had my tonsils and adenoids removed at a hospital more than a decade ago. Best decision ever. Never had those stones again plus never had a fever since, which I used to get regularly .

I never heard of such a thing! But now I know I've had them a couple times from watching this and reading the description. One of them was perfectly round and it came up from the back of my throat. I couldn't figure out wth it was. Now I know! Thank you!

I had one the size of a large Lima bean pop out from deep in my throat, near the back part of my tongue that’s hard to see. It was smooth and round—over half an inch across and a quarter inch thick and I thought I had throat cancer because it bothered me for almost a year before it popped out on its own. I always had smaller ones and never thought they could get that big. Right now, I can feel about three of them with my finger and they’re too far down in my throat to try and pop out. I don’t wish this on anyone. I’m getting my tonsils out ASAP. Screw the post surgery pain. I’d rather deal with that than continue to deal with the inflamed tonsils, sore throats and sinus issues it’s causing.

Mine usually pop out by themselves. Next thing I know, there's some little wretched smelling chunk of gunk rolling around in my mouth. I spit them out, squish them and smell them. They smell horrible! 😱

Oh boy, that was so difficult for you. I can’t believe the tonsils have holes in them. I can’t even find my tonsils and I’ve really been looking for them since I watched your video 😳🤓😘

OPE this one did it. I finally found it. Something on YouTube that made me gag so hard I threw up a little. Took me years of doom scrolling. I can finally quit the internet, thanks.

I have had to deal with much larger ones then that. Plus you were going at it, while pushing in the wrong direction. Next time try pushing post-terrier instead of pushing toward the center of the throat. I use a dental mirror. It's shape will not cause any damage to the tissue. They pop right out for me. I do this about 2 a year, and make sure you get them all. Little ones will hide from you behind the bigger ones.

Just popped mine out today. I probably would've went to the dentist to have this done safely if mine ever got that deep. Either that, or i would've probably just had my tonsils removed.

I’ve seen others do this, but it’s quicker if u use a quip b/c the q-tip is smaller and won’t slip & slide
So sorry he’s struggling so! Too bad u didn’t have someone to help u

Also, someone wrote below to use a metal pimple popper tool, with a loop … that would be helpful too
