I have vitamin C chewables, I keep forgetting to take it every day. My ENT said my trouble swallowing is related to acid reflux and anxiety supposedly....and that vitamin C can have acid in it but I don't care, the swallowing issue to me has nothing to do with acid reflux as it's not like I have heartburn often or acid feeling in my throat, but I do have a burning, dry feeling often which heard can be acid reflux....but I'll still take at least a few times a week at least. And I love Leslie, she's cute and awesome!
