Lol i dont understand why we cant do a top 20 prospect drills. the drills are there. We could actually see how a player moves and plays (would require them to add more customization to players) like Sig animations, running styles, moves packages. Its really not hard

It’s going to be a HUGE let down after we play CF25 dynasty or road to glory for a month and then try to play MADDEN. Make no mistake, the recent deep dive and blog about franchise revealed no new features. Other than team builder and adding commentary teams, franchise will look and feel like the past 5-10 years. It’s all smoke and mirrors.

It’s scary how quiet EA has been regarding Madden as a whole. We’re a few weeks out from Madden’s release and all we received was an underwhelming trailer.

Here's what i would do for each of those things you mentioned:
For coaches, replace the staff points with what he had before... XP. All those goals will be in play and for each goal you accomplish you earn XP and get a staff point to be allocated.
For player goals, they're actually still in the game. They're buried in the player card menus.
The news tab is fine. Madden 25 is an improvement. I do enjoy the more visual version in Madden 25 (2014)
I think scouting was fine the old way. But to make it better, reveal the top 6 ratings and drop the true talent grade. No player is a sure thing.
There's some good drills added to Madden 25 (2024) that would fit nicely as a team bonus in certain situations. For example, practicing the 2 minute drill gives a boost in the last 2 minutes of a game for example.

The week to week grind in Madden is very hands off. If I'm a coach i want difficult decisions but it's mostly autopilot. Bring back the big decisions for injuries.

But you failed to mention some issues like the broken progressive fatigue, auto subs, the lack of injuries in franchise, the outdated IR rules, the outdated practice squad rules etc. Madden still has a long eay to go.

your right that older madden game has what im looking for in FM, you would think since the head coach lead dev is now the main FM dev would do some thing about this . ive wondered about the team chem as well it's in mut but not FM

I'm all in on College Football 25. It's going to make Madden look terrible by comparison. Just wait until Madden goes on sale 2 months after release and cop it for $30.

I’m talking shut down that coin and stubb domination that not only EA but all game producing companies are shoving down our throats until you do it’s never going too improve. It appears that EA has no interest in making this game for football fans that love the X’s and O’s and simulation style gaming. Everything in franchise is geared towards casual gamers that may have little to no knowledge of how nfl teams build their teams and execute gameplans.

I don't know what you are talking about with the game plan because when teams go against Tyreek Hill they say let's not allow anything deep so they planned for not getting beat deep

I also don't agree with the Game planning part because the pluses and minuses aren't buffs and nerfs its just letting you know that you focusing on one thing may leave you weak somewhere else especially if your team isn't good. But I do agree that the Gameday Goals are absolutely useless
