Ottawa will retain the price increase... it's unfortunate but a reality with a large public sector and tech.

Also, I believe the vaccines will (eventually) bring back on-site office work.

I live in Barrie Ontario house across the street 1100 square foot bungalow listed for 1 million sold for 1.22 in 2 days bought a year earlier for 780

Stagnation coming for sure in my opinion. Crash not so sure of but be very interesting to see with the new stress test coming in as well as factoring in our immigration policy. Interesting times ahead. Thanks for the content guys

Hey Mark, when determining holding costs of a project, do you take into account of principal payments or exclude them from your holding costs?

Thanks for the video, a side note, those huge number of economic express invitations were for CEC (Canadian Exp Class) so technically those 53k are already in Canada.

If there are record listings and record buy and sells does this just mean some people are selling bigger properties, and these same people are buying smaller homes to downsize or some are selling in more expensive cities, and buying in cheaper smaller cities? With the new stress test will that not just drive demand for smaller homes like freehold townhomes that are more affordable to more people?
