Despite record prices, Las Vegas housing market starting to see shift

Despite another month of record home prices, the Las Vegas area housing market may be seeing the first signs of a shift.

It's a total shame what has happened to las vegas senior renters that have lived here 30 years or more increases on rents. Soon some landlords will be begging for good renters like our seniors

Wait until lake mead runs dry.. Gas prices so high truck companies won't be able to ship products to Vegas, soring crime, hoover damn not being able to generate enough energy for the city which will cause black outs all summer... Yeah you should definitely want to move there..I love Las Vegas but that city is being set up for a major fall.. get out while you can folks.

Las Vegas will have water for a long time. It’s everyone downstream of lake mead that will have problems because when lake mead gets too low it can’t flow out of the dam. After that, all of the water will be Las Vegas’.
