Actually was a neighbor for a few days to this gentleman. Very nice person, respectful and full of information. Safe travels my friend!

We have a 2016 DRV Mobile Suite 40KSSB4. This one is perfect for us because the steps up to the BR is very wide and angled so it doesn't feel tight to me. The washer and dryer has their own space in the hallway and it actually has more storage space inside than we actually need. ❤️ It!

Sounds like you are very happy with your purchase. It will serve you well in the future. Happy travels. I purchased a 1997 Holiday Rambler Vacationer. It is just me and my 4 pets so a slide was not needed. The primary reason I purchased this one, was the price. It was well within my budget.

We got a 2019 Forest River (305ML6) Cherokee fifth wheel with the rear kitchen. We have 3 kids with partners and friends so it had lots of sleeping space! We love it!!!

We chose ours, a 2018 Forest River 243RBS, for its smaller size and huge bathroom. I had towed a 36 footer, but with the kids grown, it was just to big. Now, at 28ft, we have all the room we need and the outdoor kitchen is a dream. We just travel in the summer, not our permanent home.

Welcome to the Grand Design owners family! We bought a Grand Design Imagine 2150RB last spring. We bought her because of the quality build and customer service GD offers. The size is perfect for us, as we’re entering the retirement stage in the next few years and all our children are adults now. Even though they don’t make our model anymore, buying a used 2150 RB is still a great choice.

You have a great looking trailer that appears to have a lot of features. We went with an Outdoors RV [ORV] 24RLS. We wanted a heavy weight trailer with full suspension including Moryde leaf Link System and Shocks. These are limited run, hand built by people who own and use these trailers. The build materials and methods make the trailers 1500-2000 lbs heavier than comparable Jayco's and Imagine trailers and more expensive because of it. The 24RLS has the floor plan that works for us and more than 95% usable with the slide in. ORVs are Oregon built and tested four seasons off road trailers. After seeing how they were built, we really wanted the high level of craftsmanship and quality we saw going into each unit. As a new person to trailing big trailers I wanted something I could trail easily in gusty wind and not easily disturbed by other big trailer air wake.

The one design flaw for me with this model is the location of the TV. persons walking from the bdrm into the kitchen, their heads would block the tv screen from any viewers sitting on the couch, and the person using the counter under the TV, their heads also would block viewing from the couch. I like the living room being on the END of the trailer just for this reason, no one blocks your view of the tv when youre watching a movie or sports etc.

We purchased a Heritage Glen 378FL with a loft over the master bedroom and a front living room. We have four young kids and this loft is great and gives them their own space while my wife and I can relax in the living room area.

We are in the same situation - growing boys, full-time life, and what will actually work for our family as we continue on the road. Thanks so much for this video!

We also have the 28BH. Another huge benefit to this model is no camp side slide-outs. That was a must for us because at home we park it very close to the garage.

Two years ago we bought our first RV. It was a new Coachmen Apex Nano 208BHS travel trailer. We really like that it's paired well with our Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD Crew Cab and it has wide bunks in the rear for our kids. The Azdel walls and good size dinette slide were big selling points for us. We've done a few minor upgrades along the way to improve things. As a new RV owner, I learned a lot of things from your channel. Thank you! I love your new RV too.

Thanks for the video. We have a Wildcat 29RKP that we love. It has a patio that we rigged up so I Yorkies can access it. We made a wish list and I googled our list and it came up. We bought it 1 year used because they don't make this model any more and have never had a problem with it. The only thing on our list we didn't get was the King size bed but we did get a true queen so were fine. We haven't looked back. We took out the dining table and put in a slim card table and replaced the couch with a futon. My sister and I usually use it to attend dog shows, but when we take a trip she loves the futon. It makes ALL the difference to have a camper that really fits your needs!

anyone can camp in nice weather, trick is to try camping in winter, and by winter i dont mean sunshine i mean cold weather, and snow, ive been doing that for 3 years now and love it you really get to know your camper's ability and what works and what does not :)

Congrats! 10 days ago we brought a GD 295RL and our first trip from dealer to home. 650 miles in fog, freezing fog and winds. Handled great. Just two of us and we tow with a 2000 F-250. She retires on March 31 then we hit the road!

My wife and I found a used 2005 5th wheel Everest 293rk ( older couple had it since almost new, she couldn't go up the stairs anymore, has all the books and receipts)8 years ago. Just us 2. Have made many improvements. So far have not found anything that we like better. Keep up the good work and glad you found something you like.

We got this exact model in April. We live in it full time. It's been great. We had 11 people in it on a rainy camp day watching a movie. We've talked a lot about doing exactly what you did with the table and couch.

A few years ago, my wife and I bought a used Travel Supreme fifth wheel. It is 41' tri-axel and is 14k lbs with two slides. The layout is great for a family. A 14' super slide in the living room/kitchen makes the space nearly 12'x18'. An oak entertainment center is primarily used for storage (we rarely watch tv) so I would like to add an electric fireplace. The rig is a two bed one bath with washer and dryer hookups... haven't found the right 24" set yet. The rear bedroom has bunks, a huge built-in armoire as well as a desk. It is a four-seasons model with tons of storage and a huge awning. Even though it is going on 20 years old, I haven't found another layout that I like better.
