How to Connect CPVC to PVC - SharkBite

Показать описание
SharkBite has a pushfit adapter to connect CPVC to PVC.
Mark the CPVC pipe at 1 inch and use the disconnect tool to mark the PVC pipe for the correct depth.

Use a tubing cutter rather than a hacksaw to prevent burrs that could damage the fitting.

Can I use a regular schedule 40 coupling with cpvc? Or do I need a specific cpvc coupling?

Why do you need a tool to mark how far to push the pipe into the adapter when if it clicks and stops pushing in, you know you're done?

I have woke pipes. It's 3/4 copper that decided to identify as cpvc and it transitioned to 1/2 pvc at my toilet. I think the whole thing need to be reassignment
