HOW TO: Force booting into BIOS!

Need to get into BIOS, but forgot the keyboard button to get in? You don't even need a keyboard to get into BIOS using this method!

You are a life saver. My SSD boots up so fast that I don't even get the option to get into the BIOS, even if I'm rapid firing the delete key. Thank you so much.

Hey guys!If nothing else works, try connecting the main monitor directly to the motherboard and not the gpu. Now try the F2/F10/Delete thingy

I just get a black screen upon restarting and a red boot light on my mobo, windows can boot just fine tho, just cant enter uefi/bios even after clearing cmos

This was what I have been searching for, but alas, it will only work if you are presented with a UEFI option in the Advanced menu. Which, I was not. :( New Asrock board, so this must only be of use to older hardware.

I have the UEFI restart option, but it doesn't do jack when it restarts. Just goes back to the login

I don't get the UEFI settings option after I click restart. All I'm trying to do is make sure I'm booting in UEFI and not Legacy....

For some reason the bios menu just doesn't display. My pc is on but displays no image when I try to open bios. I don't understand. Every other way it works just fine

Windows 10 here, I do the steps and my monitors dont connect. I reset BIOS, sadly after 5 years this is still a pain in the ass.

My bios isnt detecting keyboard or mouse input or well i cant boot into it....i just need to turn on resizable bar 😫😅🤣 but without keyboard thats just a bigger problem in itself lol

I have the Aorus x570 elite and it just black screens whenever I try to get into my bios. Idk what to do at this point

My issue is that my keyboard does not start up until I'm at the windows screen. I can keep pressing buttons til i'm blue in the face but keyboard is not detected. Tried your option too but keyboard no longer works at the windows options either.
