Anna is a superhero. I have no idea how she manages to balance having a baby and training for a marathon. But I'm so so thankful that she's willing to share (a little bit) of this for us other women who might be planning to have a baby and are terrified it means no more running. Go Anna!

Training for a half marathon in April! This past Sunday, I tackled my longest long run of the training block—14 miles. I treated it like race day, from morning prep and fueling during the run to post-run recovery. Definitely picked up some insights—some things I'll tweak and others I'll stick with moving forward.

When I trained for the IronMan, I had a sticker on my regular bike that just read IronMan. Hope to do it again one day. Happy to see Anna back. That crazy marathon in the back yard is the sickest thing I have ever seen. I mean it in a good way.

I'm training for The Mancheater Marathon in April, where I'll be pushing my son in a modified wheelchair. Last year Manchester was our first marathon, didn't go to plan completed it in 05:10 but this year I'm hoping for 04:30 or less.

Lovely to see Anna back in action. Congratulation first of all. Small guidance i am a type 2 diabetic and planning to do my first 10k this april but struggling to maintain my outside weekly run. Any suggestions apart from the Why part
