One benefit I've seen recently with QB is the business checking account with 5% APY. That's pretty nice these days. Most banks don't offer that high anymore.

I have been using Quickbooks Online Essentials, but I don't need all the functionality because I'm a sole proprietor massage therapist, and all I really do with QB is categorize my expenses and generate a P&L.  I've wanted to downgrade and found your video because I was trying to figure out the differences between Simple Start and Self-Employed. Thank you, this info has been very helpful.

So I was considering using your spreadsheet. Does it work with Mac? And let me see if I understand -- I would upload my bank data into the spreadsheet and then categorize the transactions to create my P&L each month? I guess one slight downside is there are no rules or automatic categorizations, is that right?

The other thing I'm considering after watching your videos is just downgrading to Simple Start. I suppose the upside of this is that all my customization would stay, and I don't have to learn to use anything new. And the downside is that it's more expensive. Anything I'm missing?

i think the thing is that quickbooks connects to bank accounts and stuff which saves time trying to track and enter expenses. that makes a few hundred dollars worth it, I think.

Hi Jamie, I am interested in your Profit & Loss Template and Dashboard product. Do you have a video of how the spread sheet works well in the business setting? Does the spread sheet work well with personal finance, too? Thank you.

Hi Jamie, What would you recommend for a solo realtor? I have an accountant but I still need to categorize my expenses so something would be better than nothing. BTW I live in Canada.
Thanks in advance!

Hey Jamie, you’re the greatest I’ve been bingeing your content for probably an hour now … I have a question I’m using Quick Books SE (YUCK) I want to switch to QB +, do you have a video breaking down this HOW TO process if not do you know someone that has a great detail of this process.

Hello, is the profit & loss template and dashboard included in the ultimate getting ready for taxes bundle? Also is the program electric, web-based or is it something I download to one computer?
