when you look at the ending cut scene with your camera, not only is there a detective standing behind the neighbor, but there also is the same detective SBH found in the blue key zip line vehicle. There's 2 of them!

I think the detective is watching the character because he's on an investigation to find out what happened in the first game. I bet he ends up saving our character later on in the story

The fact that this add a whole lot more lore makes me question if the neighbours son really did die, or if he got freed and got revenge on his own father, by locking him in an atic.

Okay, so from what I've gathered from the books I think the most likely thing that happened to the vandals was the other Forest protectors or the guests ate them because in the books they talk about how apparently the forest protectors AKA those giant raven things started getting a hunger for human flesh

Wait, didn't they change some ways to solve the game?

It seems that the Detective is the one who hired Beatrix and Quentin, don't you think? I mean, the character has a sweater with the same color and thin arms. That would explain why the Neighbor has their profiles, if they are connected.

Also, don't you think that it's curious that in the first compleated game the house was destroyed (before the main character goes to sleep), just like in this game? But then, what happened to the rest of the houses?

6:16 on one of the red shoes there is a star inside a circle which looks kinda like a pentagram. Idk if that’s anything. Or if a pentagram is 5 points or 6. Either way it’s there

I tried to get the shed key. I had just got onto the red roof with the fire extinguisher and generator. I was going to set up the generator. When the Guest, out of the blue, came up to me, kicked me, and took my generator. I ran after him and when I got to his house, I used the cameras to see that he threw the generator into the fireplace. I gave up after that.

did anybody else noticed in alpha 1.5 that in the room where you can get the fire extinguisher, that theres a crack in the ceiling. if you go up there and look around, you will find the detective.
