The sharpness out of the box isnt important, sharpening knives isn’t that hard, but more importantly, what is the thickness behind the bevel?

They will not tell you the angle or the warranty - terrible communication - If you want a throw away knife cause they wont communicate with you - bought 4 - a set and boing were gifts and one for myself - sorry I got it now - no backing

I dont understand why so many knife company's are going with such a large space behind the I prefer my pinch grip closer to curve of the handle.... maybe I'm just picky lol. Nice review!

I've heard many people saying this is one of the best values for a chefs knife they have seen. Glad it's not just a cheap knife using a famous name to sell.
