I have a problem with over-enthusiasm at times. I can get caught up in the joys of connection and get carried away in the moment. Especially when celebrating a friend's achievements or making new friends. I get so happy that I probably look pathetic, like I don't have anyone else to relate with. I guess that this behavior is not common as it oftentimes results in other people's suspicions of my sincerity. I try to curb it but then I don't feel that I'm being my authentic self. Any suggestions, anyone?
