Step 1: Start on your elbows with your forearms parallel to each other.
Step 2: Extending your legs behind you to lift your body off the ground.
Step 3: Keep feet about shoulder width apart.
Step 4: Pull your shoulders back and down, tuck the tail under, and squeeze your butt.
Step 5: Swish your hip up and over, back and forth.
Step 6: Stay tight through the mid section as your move your hips side to side.
