I have donde this workout for about two weeks and i already seeing results when i Run my legs feel way stronger than ever and i dont Get tired as fast as before

I couldn't even do one full round last week. But I kept going on. It's my fifth day and I can do both the sets but I have to take a five minute break in between the sets. One more week and I am sure I can follow him without taking any breaks. I feel sooo good! :)

I need stamina! Im fast at running but i get tired so quickly.

Edit: stop commenting ya'll this was like 6 years ago but I actually improved a lot when i did this workout tho. I did the workout 3-4 times a week.

Absolutely loving this workout, especially the agility dots. As a soccer athlete, ankle injuries are a constant, but because of this workout, I have not injured my ankles in over a month!

These 8 exercises really helped me achieve better results. Both stamina/endurance and speed improved, noticiable change after 2 months. I came out top of that sports class.

Guys if your legs feel tired, hydrate. Dehydration leads to muscle fatigue and loss of coordination so u should drink every 10 to 20 minutes during exercising and after excericising. At least 7 to 10 ounces while excerising. One hour of exercise the body can lose more than a quarter of its water. Hope this helps

This workout is so crazy omg I don't think I've ever done both rounds in one day... I often come to this and do just one round as a finisher after a less intense workout (strength training or lighter cardio) and it's so great! I literally feel like I'm glowing the rest of the day!! Those agility dots...!!!!

Ive done this the past 3 weeks and today i feel much more stable and explosive playing on a clay court.My tennis has improved tenfold.Thank you Fitness blender!!

Hey guys just know that if you’re just starting this, the first round will leave you sweating and panting, but take a 1 min break then the 2nd round will be MUCH EASIER because your body is already warmed up!
