Hi Lindieeee 💌 I would love to see more of your paper planners / bujos / language journal... I love planning stuff and I would love to get inspired by your journals!

Notion was overkill for me. I would spend more time working “on” notion than getting work done that I had logged or listed “in” notion. And I really thought it more difficult to find things as far as notes and information. Glad it’s not just me

I just went through 3 days of back and forth with Notion until I was completely overwhelmed. Thank you for the other productivity suggestions.

Like you I sailed around the horn of productivity tools and landed back on planet Apple Notes & Google Docs. Great video Lindie!

Do I have an organization system that I’ve spent years developing that works for me? Yes. Did I watch this video anyway just because I enjoy the quality Lindie Botes content? Also yes.

I would love to see your paper planners! I'm back to a a physical planner this year for the same reason as you - Notion was becoming too much and I'd spend too much time tweaking with things that didn't need any more improvement.

Evernote – you either get acquired a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain

Hi Lindie!
Great video. Greats tips about apps for organization and productivity. Lately, I’m more into analogic stuff, so I’m writing down my thing, only using apps when I have to create a reminder or an alarm. So I’m doing journaling in a simple way. However I want to improve things I could do. So if you could share how you do this it’ll be great. Thanks a lot for all your content, language learning and so on. Thanks.

I suppose I needed this reminder to try Apple Notes again… It’s amazing how much better it’s been made over the last few years.

Great video, thank you! I'd love to know how you plan using paper journals / bullet journals - I love a good 'old pen and paper 😂

Have you ever looked into obsidian? Its pretty lightweight and you can make it as fancy as you want with add-ons. I use mine as simple as possible. I mostly use tags and a few folders to keep things organized.

i love Bullet Journal and would love to see how you use it along with any apps. Also lessons about how to learn a language for seniors.

As for now I only use Notion for task management and info-banking, Samsung Notes (same benefits as Apple Notes you mentioned) for quick notes and handwritten notes, and spreadsheets only if I need some more complex data management (like managing my uni progress). Works great and is helping me a lot, especially since I got a tablet with a pen recently - mobile version of Notion works basically like on desktop (on phone it's indeed slow) and digital handwritten notes (especially for uni and langs) are a blessing 😊
