I'd love to see a video of you sharing what you do on your iPad in a day. You always have clips where you're sitting so contently, jotting something onto your iPad. It inspires me to grab mine, sit comfortably in a chair, and hold the pencil in my hand, but after five minutes I can't figure out what to do on it and go back to my laptop. 😅

So glad you made this video. There is a lot of overlap between this and mental health. I see so many people in my therapy practice who are waiting to feel motivated, or waiting to feel 'better' before doing anything. Not sure if you have come across Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (shameful plug of what my channel is all about) but its about being able to make space for those uncomfortable feelings and engaging in what actually matters and is important, instead of avoiding it.

My friend Simon! I started to use Stoic journal, following your advice, but I found that I’m not using the Notion system anymore - since now I’m not showing up everyday for the journal templates. What do you recommend me? I’ve found that doing both journals takes me to much morning time 😅

Hey i recently bought your Notion system and have a question: When I am in the daily log and track my workouts, for example 9x25 pushups on monday and then do a different amount of pushups on tuesday, the 9x25 I did before changed to the amount of sets and reps I did on tuesday... Is there a fix to this? The only fix I see is generating like 20 Pages of Pushups with each page 1 set and 25 reps but then it doesn't add it together. Love your work!

Is it possible to share your tool of YouTube on your introduction? I think everyone will want to learn from you, the quality of video design (the software of edit? ) and voice ( microphone?) is quite good.
You never let your photo cover the main screen. It is really sweet thought.
