Here are the 3 key things I do every day to stay productive 👇🏼

1. Wake up early.

I personally get up as soon as my alarm rings. The longer I stay in bed, the longer it takes for me to get started with my day.

2. Decrease my ‘useless scrolling time’.

It’s okay to spend some time on social media to unwind. However, it can become unproductive when we start ignoring our other responsibilities.

3. Exercise.

This helps clear your mind from other tasks and gives you the right boost of energy when it’s time to start studying again.

i used to think that exercising would tire me down for the day but it just happened in the early weeks but now it just makes me more active and alert in the mornings and helps me get out of bed

Exercise is a big one! I don't know if its just because it tires me out a bit, but after exercising I never have any energy to devote towards procrastinating and just get laser-focused on my work

That's what I do waking up early and stays in bed... Bt then end up spending lots of time on bed.. Bt these days I am improving.. I jst wake up early & straight do my daily routine..Thank uhhh Nasir ur suggestions r always worthy 🤗

I only scroll at night from 9 to 10 i dont use my phone whole day for enjoyment only use it for important stuffs like, customers family, work, exercise, checking schedule etc

Well what I do notice is that I NEED exercise for keeping my mind and body healthy, and this definitely improves my productivity. BUT, I must say that doing exercise on key days (1-2 days before an important exam) tires me a bit too much, and I need that energy for studying. So, based on my experience, regular exercise is really important, and increases your overall energy, but the body needs an extra rest after every workout and you should keep that in mind for very particular dates.
