My dad takes me on dates (I'm a teen, girl) and the time is something I will never forget, and it has made our relationship so special. Dads, if you have a daughter, dress up and take her out, it means so much. (I don't date yet, I have no desire to) it doesn't have to be super fancy, but it's nice to have alone time with your dad and is so nice ❤️❤️

If it's a little awkward the first few times you go out (don't know what to talk about) that's normal. It also doesn't have to be like every week or anything, just every once in a while :)

I love last years video too and actually made the cards with my two nieces and daughter.... This year, I made sure to make handmade Valentines for each day leading to the 14th (today she has nine cards). My daughter is seventeen but really likes waking up every morning to a new card. ( we also decided to have a basket ready on the 14th with things little she's wanted; I.e. Chap sticks/pens/ socks...)
