Seeing videos like this really makes me mad I am fat and am dying because of my fatty liver being at stage 3+ and any day I could be hospitalized for the rest of my life if I eat too much unhealthy foods and I don’t have the motivation to get some exercise in. And watching people with full confidence say that slowly killing yourself is okay really hurts, and I’m not hating on body positivity I think it’s great but there’s a fine line of positivity and just making up excuses cause you’re lazy.
