Mindfulness exercises come no more delicious than mindfully eating chocolate...a chocolate meditation. This mindful eating exercise brings your full attention to a piece of chocolate and uses your senses to intensify the experience.

Mindful eating is paying attention to the food before, during and after eating. Taking notice of how the food looks, how it tastes, how it smells, sounds and the texture of how it feels in your mouth. And probably most importantly, assessing how your body feels before and after food, without judgement.

Mindful eating is associated with weight loss, helps you make healthy eating habits, helps you notice when you are feeling full and can help stop the rollercoaster ride of dieting.

Great stuff! I think I could apply this to all sorts of foodstuffs. Incidentally, I'm running an experiment with my students and we're trying to guess where it was filmed. Would you be so kind as to reveal the location? We've had Switzerland, Birmingham, Tenerife and Hawaii so far...

Chocolate brought me to your channel. I only had a small amount and soon after was hit hard with a migraine and intense nausea. No more chocolate for me.
