I'm experiencing the same issues . The IP gateway shows as a simple toggle switch in the "Quick Start Guide" but is nowhere to be found on the actual menu on the FSNO21VA. I'm tempted to throw it through the window. I've had the exact same issues with "support".

Did you ever try an aftermarket gateway? Verizon seems to have changed a lot from what I remember pre T-Mobile industry shakeup . And it feels like now they are trying to offer better support. After a year of using these services are you happy with it?

I too just want out from cox . Live oak laid the lines where I’m at but it’s been 4 months and I’m still not lit up .

Anyway great video . I feel a bit out of practice after watching this . Those are great latency testing tool .

Oh one last thing I want to add . I actually do get better signal when I move my device around.

Back to my originals confusion . I have the left device it does say bussiness gateway on it de version 3.3.0.8 I see no model number or any kind of date of mfg.

I agree their service techs are less than helpful. This also includes their Visible support techs. it is sad when the customer know more about the hardware than the technicians.

@Patagonian Duck on the 5g home gateway cr200a I'd there a way to hook up a router to help mitigate high ping. I just received the gateway and my ping is horrible
