A fun fact, Idea Blood has another name that was skipped in the localization. In Ruby Text it usually read 原理血戒, 原理 is a made up word combining the kanji of Blood and Precept, while 血戒 is just Principle. The fan translation translated this as Hemonomic Principle which I liked a lot, but the localization basically just kept it as Idea Blood and left it at that. Helps connect it to the normal Principles that DAs have. At one point 5when they’re talking about a Principle it also has the Ruby Text “Idea” over it too to just really hammer it home.

Anyway these are fun pieces of lore, helps explain what the hell sets an Ancestor apart from the rest of the pack. Also just fun to say. “Idea Blood”, delightfully Chunni.

26:25 While that might not seem like the right thing to say but what she really wants is for Shiki to treat her like a normal, human girl. She has gotten upset a number of times when he brings up that she's a vampire, so calling her human (which is what he essentially did) makes her really happy. That's probably why she didn't pop off on him for saying that stuff.... until after he purposefully tried to make her mad but that one was to get her out of her gloomy mood.
