LEGS WORKOUT🔥

1️⃣ Squat
2️⃣ Sumo squat
3️⃣ Sumo squat pulse
4️⃣ Single leg airplane + lunge
Rest 30 sec
1️⃣ Squat with alternating heel raises
2️⃣ Sumo squat with heel raises
3️⃣ Standing glute kickbacks
🕓 10 seconds between exercises, 30 seconds between rounds.
You can execute these exercises 2-3 times.

Cool down:
Stretch your 🔼Quads 🔽 Hamstrings 🔼Inner thighs🔽Gastrocnemius 🔼Glutes 🔽 Iliopsoas 🔼Back muscles.
