Is it a coincidence that straight after watching this video I was sent a verse by a friend.. Philippians 4:11-13 “..I have learned to be CONTENT in whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”.. definitely not a coincidence! 💖

I am in a hard season and I wrestle with contentment. One one hand, I appreciate where I'm at but then on another hand I sometimes get caught up on how messy my life seems right now. Lots of emotional confusion. So much that sometimes when I pray, I get overwhelmed and then feel like I can't or am not interested in praying anymore b/c I start feeling like I am wasting my time coming to God day after day about the same matters that won't move until He deems the timing right.

Your preachings saved my life. For that I will always be grateful. God found me at my worst. When I refused to believe in him. He spoke to me in so many ways, through so many people, it was honestly so terrifying I couldn't ignore it. And when I spoke back, asking him why he spoke to me and what he wanted, he led me here to you. A year and a half later, I'm still here listening and bettering myself every day. Each sermon hits my heart directly and I cry every time because I am just so overwhelmed by his glory. Never before have I been so touched and cried so much (I NEVER cry, not even at sad movies!!).
