I spent 30 days doing no contact and on the thirtieth day he reached out wanting to meet and talk about things. No contact does work if you are consistent and focus on bettering yourself instead of mourning what you've lost! they will come around once they realize you're not falling apart without them!

thats what i did on saturday i just really stepped back and i cherished every moment i kinda would look at her and just smile seeng how happy she was moment to moment through out the day shes become my best friend over the last 2 and half years we have alot of downs which only makes our ups so much more special. Thanks for your videos! I always watch them every day :) also i'm learning something about myself again. I would like to pay a coaching session but i'm a student :\. All the thing is about enjoy your life again, every single thing you do and try to don't let emotion and other things control you. Pretty much is this. Hi guys, I had a first date at my place with my ex after 3 weeks no contact. I thought I was ready. I was nervous before she came, so I pressured myself to attract her. We did laugh and have a good time, though after seeing a few signs of attraction, I jumped back to my old self and ruined attraction by telling her that I want her back as she started to talk about the past. It got emotional instead of fun. I texted her immediately after she left. She texted me that she thinks its best we stop seeing each other completely (she was also dating a new person already). Don't do my mistake people!
