Parduh, put the gun away, Parduh.
You're not supposed to run away and kill lots of police office-
*I AM THE ONE WHO MUTILATES, CHIEF.*

And thus; While our hero, had a nightmare,
His skin was getting thicker for the final battle against his greatest enemy....
THE MIAMI MUTILATOR!

It was actually a pretty genius move to name Manny Pardo after a real-life serial killer. It indicates that, unlike nearly every other protag in the series, he would have done what he did even without the presence of Fifty Blessings. The only difference is that in the Hotline Miami timeline, no one gave a shit, he just never realized that.

The world of Hotline Miami was a terrible place.

Don’t let this bangin track distract you from the fact that the Miami Mutilator is still out there!

This is just perfect for that level. Captures both panic and adrenaline-pumped "Bring it on, bitches!" mood of Pardo.

Hotline Miami:
Police officer: Chief, there's a man murdering everyone!
Police Chief: *Pulls out 2 MP5s and barricades himself in a tiny room.*

Hotline Miami 2:
Police officer: Chief! Pardo is the Mutilator!
Police chief: Please give me your badge and gun.
Pardo: No! *runs away and kills tons of police officers.*

"Sorry, you'll have to take me by force."

He was the only playable character that made me happy when he died, though. That bastard deserved it. Loved his levels, though.

It's interesting that I randomly click any related video of Hotline Miami 2 Soundtrack, and by the title I don't know which level is it but I just need to read the comments then i will get the answer.

This song is so...everywhere. Almost frantic. Like how Manny is after realizing he's been caught.
One thing I just really like about this game is how the music is SO fitting to almost any situation or level you're in. It boots that sense of immersion that is practically required for this series.

To me, this was the best Pardo level. Homicide was too easy and too compact to take advantage of his gun skills, Dead Ahead exists, but Caught had a good mix of small rooms and stunning doors for executions, and larger windowed areas for shooting.

Also this.
This is good.

"Don't make this any harder than it needs to be Pardo."

Anyone else find this to be perfectly fitting for Pardo in the end?

This soundtrack perfectly fits the level because the song gives you the feeling that your in trouble and your life is over which was the case for Pardo since he was found out as the Miami Mutiliator
