how to JUMPSTART or CHARGE a “ford transit 350” (hook up jumper cables or charger) not obvious

This was a life saver!❤ I spent 20 minutes trying to jump start it by putting the negative on a bolt but no avail. This shower the the correct place for the negative terminal.

I have 2 transits, a mk7 and for the past 4½ years a transit custom. I knew about the positive connection but I have always used the engine lifting eye for the earth which is never great. I will certainly try this one in future.

Super helpful...my dumbass left my parking lights on over the weekend. Youd think for $50, 000 they could have added an automatic light shut off considering my base model Nissan from 1999 has that feature but oh well. How to jumpstart these vans isnt exactly obvious when you wernt aware the battery is in the cabin with you under your ass
