I like the Ultramar Auxilia. That is basically how all Space Marine homeworld PDFs should be organized - large force, well trained by the Astartes themselves, and commonly rotating out as support for their respective chapters to maintain a level of combat experience.

With the re-establishment of the tetrarchy (effectively space marine regional governors, a practice seemingly unique to ultramar), the reach of the Ultramar (The mini empire) is greatly expanding back into it's Heresy Era size. (The Five Hundred Worlds are well on their way to actually incorporating 500 worlds.)
