I like the One Plus Pad. I'm honestly surprised. I thought they would mess up the pen but I think they have a decent product here.

Hey Brad, would you consider reviewing the Pixel Tablet? Before you say it doesn't support stylus, it does! If you look at the spec sheets, you can see that it supports the USI 2.0 standard. Any USI 2.0 stylus should work, not sure if you have already taken a look at USI stylus but this might be a good opportunity to check out a device that supports it.

For under 500 bucks, this sounds an interesting option for the users. It has such a huge battery and a powerful Mediatek chip as well.

Nice to see Android tablets are taking art seriously and heading fast in that direction. What we need now is a solid art app like procreate etc. I know many art apps are there, but I always find one issue or other with them. For example clip studio paint and Krita are solid apps, but their UI design language is more of a desktop's than a tablet's. Some other apps miss traditional brushes. Almost all apps lack good blending tools. They provide smudge tools, but they don't feel very organic. I am more into traditional media style and currently use Rebelle on Windows, either on surface pro or paired with Samsung S8+ through superdisplay. That works pretty well, but a solid art app for like Rebelle is what I am hoping to see on tablet platforms, especially Android.

Gr8 review as per usual. I wanted to say “THANX!”, cause I just found and acquired Ur ‘Intro to Digital Art’ course. My transition to has been so daunting, as I’m not good with change; but from what I’ve seen so far, U make it easier than most even for smooth 🧠 ppl such as myself. “THANX again!”

I was on board until you said no expandable storage. That's a bummer because it would be so much more convenient to just be able to add like a TB of storage for many artworks.

Then again it's not like I'm switching from my iPad any anytime soon, I like ProCreate and CSP too much

My only issues with OxygenOS and OnePlus is that my OnePlus 7Pro was only good for a year and the OS Support was terrible. Tho tech spec wise and price point has always been good with OnePlus devices - we all know that software/OS makes and break the experience.

Nice! One question for ya: I use infinite painter but am considering hipaint as an option too. Which one you consider better for drawings and digital art?

It would look a lot more elegant if there wasn't a huge CE sticker on the back.

I think the extra dots are from hipaint. It happens to me to when I'm using it on iPad.

Binge-watching on the OnePlus Pad is a dream come true! The screen is incredible for movies and shows - super sharp and immersive. Plus, the speakers are surprisingly loud for a tablet, making the sound fantastic. Battery life rocks too, lasting a full day of browsing and streaming. The only snag? This thing can be a little slippery, especially when I'm out and about. To fix that, I'm thinking of a matte black TPU skin. Extra grip for holding this beauty and screen protection from scratches from gadgetshieldz, all without sacrificing the Pad's sleek design. Boom! Problem solved, style on point.

Ive use a OnePlus phone for the last five years. Never had an issue with the system. It hasn't slowed down till this day.

Do drawing tablets work better if they're plugged into a pc or a laptop?
