Thank you for making this video!!❤ I had looked up a webpage about how to get passed my secure login because I entered all the codes I normally use and none of them worked. I then knew I would have to hard reset my phone. When I followed the directions to the t, it never worked. I just figured my timing was off. That wasn't the case at all. The directions that they wrote were just wrong. So I was trying to follow their directions for about 30 minutes until I decided to just Google a video on how to. It worked on the first try. So thank you very much!!

You could just pop the battery out if the screen is unusable. But it did work Good Brother, it most certainly did. And a hearty cheerio to ya!
