I have done this 10xs. The power and down button work but the power and up bottom just continues to start up.. no menu

Did not help me at all. I did everything you said to do and it didn't work. The menu never came up. I don't know if it makes a difference that I have a screensaver or a picture that comes up that I have to swipe to get to the place where I have to draw the pattern, but should that really matter? What am I doing wrong?

I get a totally different screen it’s blue green color with a down arrow and says Odin mode it’s downloading something but it won’t do anything else it also says downloading…
Do not turn off target.
What does that mean?!?! HELP!!
