I have a pain / pressure in my left temple near the ear just above the cheekbone but it doesn’t hurt with biting etc it’s more constant. No one has figured it out

I want to ask what kind of "hurt" you are referring to, because it seem like i can't diagnose if mine is "hurt" or dull, like the jaw is weary and sometime it became a problem for when i need to speak

Dr I been having that pain for months and now my ear is buzzing inside my ear. What do you recommend

Question I have tmj. And I bit into something hard. Left side on my teeth and it hurts. This was last week. My jaw feels weird when I do open on that side and sometimes talk. So went to the dentist they say they see no cracked tooth or any infection from the root. However there is some sensitivity biting down on my tooth on that side. So if there is no infection. I'm startinh to get some pain or swelling from my left side of my neck. Around near my ear too. But I notice when i think about it or stress about it. It bothers me. So I dont know how they do not see or show me if there is infection in the x Ray then why is there still pain. Did I bruise the tooth. Nerve or pulp of tooth? Or is it really just strain in my tmj muscle. Before i bit into the food hard i was already clenching. So Idk. 😔
