There are plenty of other exercises that can give you the same benefits kipping pull-ups supposedly provide, but they can provide them much more safely and without the risk of fucking up your shoulders unnecessarily.

The problem is calling it a pull-up. It is not and never has been a pull-up. It's a valid movement exercise, sure, but it needs an accurate name. No, idk what to call it. But it sure af isn't a pull-up. Peace

No they don't. Most of these people can't even do 10 real pull-ups.

If people were able to keep a clean form and do them fast, it would be 1000x better. Whatever this is, it just looks like you're throwing a tantrum because you can't do a proper rep, although you're shredded and can obviously do them correctly but choose not to
