YoyoFactory One Star (YoTricks Sage) - Cheap Yoyo, Quick Review

The YoyoFactory OneStar is basically the same yoyo as the YoTricks Sage. Its often marketed as the go to beginner yoyo. For a $10 yoyo its performance is pretty solid. It definitely has some vibe and is a little light, so it doesn't really spin that long, but for $10 its pretty good. There's a slightly matted finish to grind with and is pretty durable as far as I can tell. I don't think its a "Must Buy" but you certainly aren't wasting your money if you grab one.

they are virtually indestructable, I use mine for 5a now that I use metal for 1a, taken some beatings and then some, still plays pretty well.

Tom as a beginner, I've tried lots of other beginner yo yo's, . until I became hooked on yotricks and they recommend the Sage as a Good beginner yo yo. I find it to be right on! I been working with The Sage since April 2017 and found it to have a great feel, longer spin than most beginner yo yo's, good variety of colors and although i'm probably a spas still I am muddling one trick after another with the montra next one I will hit the trick and I forbid you to be frustrated and actually have fun! So I feel I must stick up for the Sage and endorse the Yo Yo as a good beginner Yo YO! Further more as everyone points out the One Star and Sage are the same Yo Yo!

I've got the Sage, great beginner yo-yo to get into unresponsive bc it hurts less than metal.
And isn't it worth it to just buy these rather than a center-trac bearing alone from YYE since theyre the same price?

had 2 of these also! not bad for the price! Paul Han kills it with one of these on YYE site. left mine in my truck last summer and the heat made the caps come off on both sides. I did like it a lot though! can take a serious beating!

By the way, have you covered the Whip yet? For a high walled light plastic it's great when it's upgraded.
