I came across this while searching for diabetic friendly desserts to make. Easy to do, grandkids helped out, and it turned out pretty well (i think) for a 1st time making an egg custard. This is a keeper, for sure.

Sugarfree means no sweetener at all, because sweetness makes your body release isuline regardless of the presence of glucose or not.
