Easy fix. Bars add impaired tax to drink. The tax is used for fuel to take customers home. Creates a job and gets impaired drivers off the road. Could even do round trip

everyone....literally everyone knows not to drink and drive - there is no excuse whatsoever -- sorry but I have no empathy for drunk drivers - what they cause due to their selfishness is not even slightly fixable - no forgiveness from me - they cause lifelong agony and loss -- you know its wrong but you do it anyway..and then when you kill people you wish you hadn't have done it - don't do it in the first place
